Multiple Response Survey Questions

These question types can accept multiple responses from your predetermined set of choices. The Other option allows the user to enter a text response in addition to the predetermined set of choices. The 3-Column and 5-Column Array question types can be configured to accept only one response per row, only one response per column, or no limit on the number of responses per row or column.

Multiple Choice
Up to 9 possible choices can be used with this question type. The respondent can select more than one of the listed choices as an acceptable response.

Multiple Choice - Huge
Up to 25 possible choices can be used with this question type. The respondent can select more than one of the listed choices as an acceptable response.

Multiple Choice / Other Option
Up to 9 possible choices (rows) can be used with this question type. The respondent can select more than one of the listed choices as acceptable responses.The Other option allows the user to enter a text response in addition to the predetermined set of choices. The length of the other text response can be up to 200 or 240 characters.

Multiple Choice - Huge / Other
Up to 25 possible choices can be used with this question type. The Other option allows the user to enter a text response in addition to the predetermined set of choices. The length of the optional text response can be up to 200 characters.

3-Column Array (Matrix)
Up to 9 possible choices (rows) with 3 columns can be used with this question type.

5-Column Array (Matrix)
Up to 25 possible choices (rows) with 5 columns can be used with this question type.
