Create, Collect, and Analyze Surveys and Web Forms
Survey data can be entered using the Quick Entry edit box. All question responses can be quickly entered using only the keyboard. The easy way to enter your number responses is to use Quick Entry at the bottom of the screen. You actually never have to use your mouse to enter any responses. For example, when the Multiple Scale question is displayed, enter A5 and press the enter key, enter B3 and press the enter key, and enter C2 and press the enter key. 5, 3, and 2 are placed in the boxes next to the A, B, and C text choices.
Another way of moving between the boxes is to use the tab key. If you are in the first box, using our example from above, enter 5, press tab, enter 3, press tab, enter 2 and press tab.
If hints are not hidden (check box on the Design Menu - Preferences - Interface Settings tab), the corresponding Quick Entry information is displayed above the Quick Entry edit box.
