Employee Exit Interview
Exit interviews are conducted with employees just before they leave. Departing employees often provide more objective feedback than employed staff do when answering staff surveys. The exit interview allows the employee to provide constructive feedback which can be helpful to the employer and the remaining employees. Exit interviews provides information to the employer to facilitate organizational change, assess the working environment, development, processes, and relationships between workers, suppliers, customer, and management.
The exit interview survey provides management with an early warning for turnover and assists in recruitment and retention efforts. We appreciate your feedback so that any problems or trends can be identified and possibly be resolved.
